Our story
Integrated Collective began in 2022 with a single family — and a single child whose needs the existing system simply could not meet. When they reached out for help, we answered. What started as a response to one young person's circumstances quickly revealed a much wider story: a growing number of children and young people living at the complex intersection of Child Safety, the NDIS and community services, too often falling between the cracks.
From that one moment of advocacy, Integrated Collective has grown into a purpose-built response — built on the same people-first principles that have long guided the work of REFOCUS. We exist to wrap care, expertise and opportunity around the children, families and communities the system was never quite designed for.
Our vision
Integrated Collective brings together three interconnected arms — IC Community, IC Corporate, and IC Property — each supporting the other to create lasting, measurable impact for children, families, and the agencies that serve them.

Leadership
Integrated Collective is led by a tight-knit team whose lived experience, cultural knowledge and decades in community, clinical and corporate practice shape everything we do. They bring warmth to the table and rigour to the work — building trust with families, partnering deeply with agencies, and holding the standard for safe, culturally grounded care. It is leadership defined less by title than by presence: showing up, listening first, and walking alongside the people we serve.
