Complex Response Programs

Programs designed for children with extreme high needs and complex care needs.

  • Integrated Collective delivers high-intensity homes with 24/7 supports for children and young people in statutory care who have complex behavioural needs and disability. Our model provides a safe, practical and immediately deployable care option for children whose needs cannot be adequately supported in foster care, kinship care or standard care settings.
  • Specialised carer training that equips households to confidently support children with extreme high needs and complex behaviours, lifting placement stability and reducing costly breakdowns.
  • Intensive Family Support that walks alongside families in the home — coaching parents, de-escalating crises, and building the daily routines that make safe reunification possible.
  • Trauma-informed, culturally safe practice embedded across every touchpoint, so children feel seen in their identity and partners see measurable improvements in wellbeing and engagement.
  • Wrap-around coordination with schools, health, and statutory partners, removing the gaps where vulnerable children usually fall through the system.
  • Outcomes-focused reporting that gives funders and agencies clear evidence of progress — from reduced incidents to restored family connection.

Community Hubs

Welcoming spaces that bring families together through creative and cultural programs.

  • Hub programs spanning art, music, cooking, and group yarning sessions that draw children and young people in and keep them engaged through trusted relationships.
  • Safe, inclusive environments where carers, parents, and siblings can reconnect — supporting healing, identity, and a strong sense of belonging.
  • Co-designed with local Elders and community leaders, ensuring programs are culturally grounded and reflect the priorities of the communities we serve.
  • A dedicated contact space for supervised visits and family time, giving parents and siblings a calm, supported environment to rebuild relationships.
  • Mentoring, life-skills, and pathways activities that help young people imagine — and step into — a stronger future, creating long-term social return on investment.
