Your Rights & Responsibilities

At Integrated Collective, we believe everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, listened to and included in decisions about their supports.

We want you to understand your rights, know what you can expect from us and feel confident speaking up when something is not right.

This page explains how we work with you, protect your information, respond to concerns and support your choices.

For immediate danger or a medical emergency, call 000.

Everyone receiving support from Integrated Collective has the right to:

  • Ask questions and access information about yourself, subject to applicable law.
  • Have a family member, guardian, advocate or support person involved where appropriate.
  • Raise concerns or make complaints without being treated unfairly.

Working together: your responsibilities

We encourage you and your representatives to share information relevant to your supports, let us know when your needs change, treat others respectfully and work with us to keep services safe. We will help you understand what this means for your individual supports.
